What I Don’t Like About SF-T7917 Treadmill
The treadmill has several plus points to buy, whereas there are a few things I didn’t like about it. First, though you can connect the unit to Bluetooth, it lacks an internet connection.
Apart from this, there is no pre-set heart rate program in the machine to monitor heart rate. So except for these two, there is nothing you find as a flaw of the machine.
Frame and Construction
Usually, most of the treadmills available in the market have a steel frame, and so does the Sunny SF-T7917. The machine steel frame body can resist user weight up to 265 lbs (120 Kg) which is a plus.
In addition, every steel bar attached to the unit is powder-coated that prevents rust and chip paint finish. Integrated with very few ABS parts, Sunny SF-T7917 has a motor cover, console dashboard, and side rail covers attached to it.
The entire unit is approximately 69’’ (175 cm) long, and the width is 32’’ (81 cm). To use it safely, you should keep at least 2 to 3 feet of space at the rear and 2 feet on both sides of the machine.

You can adjust the incline, and it can automatically get adjusted by the console sometimes.
A gradual adjustment control system that helps control the machine manually on the left side of the grip is present. Quick selection keys are present in the console with 3, 6, and 9 levels of incline.
Step-up Height
Step-up height matters the most when using a treadmill in a low-profile room. It is the measurement from the surface to the running area. Sunny SF-T7917 has a step-up height of 11’’ (28 cm) if you set the incline at 0%. If you make changes with the incline and fix it at the highest level, it will rise by a few inches. To enjoy hassle-free workout sessions, always remember to fix the treadmill at a place where the ceiling height is at least 22’’-23’’ (56-58 cm) taller than your height.
Motor and speed
The Sunny SF-7917 has a 2.5 HP motor similar to the SF-7820, enabling you to exercise at excellent speed to stay fit. Don’t worry about the overheating and less performance as it has flywheels to give improved and stable movement and less vibration.
This treadmill has a speed that ranges from 0.6 MPH to 10 MPH, and you can adjust the speed with an increment of 0.1 MPH. It means you can catch your pace for a workout while maintaining the speed step by step.
Nowadays, treadmills have become power-connected, and so does SF-7917. You can use the machine while connecting to an external power source of 120V and don’t worry about the electricity bills. It consumes less energy, and you can work out as much as you want.
It has a cable with a 3-prong plug USB type with a connector in the front of the deck with power on and power off switch.
The machine’s console provides controls for gradual speed adjustment features, and you can adjust the speed quickly with a selection of 2 MPH, 4 MPH, and 6 MPH.

You can’t transfer your workout data to any online fitness app from the treadmill. Unfortunately, just like most Sunny health and fitness products don’t have an option to connect online, the SF-T7917 is not an exception.
The machine has a program to adjust the incline and speed throughout the exercise session, and you can also set your goals to achieve time used, distance covered, and calories burned.
The console has 15 different exercise programs, and you can add 3 user programs to it. You can choose a different speed and incline for each user at their convenience.
Each program has 20 subsections and a specific period, and each of them can be divided by 20. In addition, BMI functions are included in the machine, and it can calculate your fat percentage as per age, gender, weight, and height.
There is a USB port to charge your gadgets, but exercise data can’t be transferred via USB or cable. Apart from USB, the console has various other features like a sound system, tablet holder, and accessories tray.
The excellent system has 2 speakers, and it can be connected to your smartphone via Bluetooth. So enjoy music or watch your favorite show while burning your excess calories.
Accessories trays can be used to hold water bottles so that you needn’t step out of the machine while working out. You can also place your small accessories on it to make them easier to use while training sessions.
Assembly
If you plan to buy an SF-T7917 treadmill, you needn’t worry about assembling it as the machine comes pre-assembled. Unfold the unit and fit the 2 bars to hold the console, and power the switch to operate the machine.

Maintenance
